寄语
美国驻华使馆及美国旅游界欢迎中国的游客到美国旅游。从夏威夷群岛到曼哈顿商业区，
从拉斯维加斯的刺激兴奋到佛罗里达海滩的放松休闲，美国有很多的地方可以呈现给中国游客。
2005年日益增加的中美间旅游活动鼓舞着我们。随着更多的中国人到美国访问，随着大陆航空公司新开通到达纽约的航线，更多的航班可以到达美国。从04年10月到05年10月间，美国签证率上升了25%，商务
/ 旅游签证已成为一年有效期内多次往返签证。
美国商务部及其我们的合作伙伴对2006年美国旅游业的发展抱着非常乐观的态度。我们期待着和美国旅游业者一起在中国主要的旅游展览上促进美国的旅游业，设计精彩的旅游路线，并且帮助美国各州和城市建立他们在中国的代表处。

The United States Embassy and tourism Industry welcomes Chinese
tourists to the United States! From the islands of Hawaii to
downtown Manhattan, from the excitement of Las Vegas to the
relaxing beaches of Florida, the United States has much to offer
Chinese tourists.
We have been encouraged by the increase activity U.S.-China
tourism in 2005 from the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding
and formation a tourism-working group with the China National
Tourism Association in December 2004 to the first national exhibition
Pavilion at the China National Travel Mart in November 2005.
With more Chinese visiting the United States, more flights to
the United States including Continental Airline's new route
to Newark / New York, visa issuances up a dramatic 25% from
October 2004-2005, and the validity of business/tourist extended
to one-year, multiple-entry, we are enthusiastic about the future
growth of Chinese travel to the United States.
The Department of Commerce is optimistic as it looks to further
tourism promotion 2006 with our many partners and colleagues.
We look forward to working with the U.S. tourism industry to
promote the United States at China's major travel shows,bringing
Chinese familiarization trips to destinations throughout to
the United States, and assisting U.S. states and cities like
Los Angeles to establish tourism representation in China. We
also look forward to working with our colleagues in the State
Department to increase visa education and outreach to Chinese
tour operators and travelers.
