UNIVERSAL POSTS ￡750K PROFITS

Universal Conference & Incentive Travel, the UK- based event management agency with offices in Indianapolis and Stamford, Connecticut has reported a pre-tax profit of ￡750,000 in 2005.
Universal’s managing director Mike Ford said the figures represent a 14 per cent rise in gross profit and “serve to illustrate the agency’s rising stature on both sides of the Atlantic.”
Ford added: “We are delighted by our team’s financial success, especially as we feel it has been achieved ethically and through organic growth. Even more encouraging is that that these figures were declared following significant infrastructure investments.”
