NBTA and ABGEV prepare for corporate travel conference in Latin American
30/11/2006
The National Business Travel Association (NBTA) partners again with the Brazilian Business Travel Association (ABGEV) to present the 2007 Latin American Corporate Travel & Technology Exchange (LACTTE), hosted February 5-7 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In its second year, the conference is expected to draw more than 600 professionals from the United State and Latin America for the region¡¯s largest corporate travel event.
Attendees of this year¡¯s LACTTE will see a significant expansion to the conference¡¯s program, including 15 sessions, up from 10 sessions in 2006, across three education tracks; an additional two hours of exhibition time in the Technology Pavilion product showcase; and an extra day to accommodate even more professional development and networking opportunities.
Education sessions will focus on a variety of topics aimed at improving corporate travel professionals¡¯ knowledge and expertise in the Latin American region. The focus of these sessions including self-booking realities, travel management company relationships, developments in the aviation industry, travel risk management, travel policy compliance and supplier channel distribution.
NBTA President and CEO Suzanne Fletcher remarked, ¡°NBTA is pleased to continue its partnership with ABGEV to present a bigger and better Latin American Corporate Travel & Technology Exchange. The overwhelming success of the 2006 event coupled with expansion and enhancement of this year¡¯s conference will undoubtedly provide attending corporate travel professionals with the most comprehensive education and networking experience in the Latin American region.¡±
